PACER’s National Parent Center on Transition and Employment

National Parent Center on Transition and Employment

“The PACER Center enhances the quality of life and expands opportunities for children, youth, and young adults with all disabilities and their families so each person can reach his or her highest potential.”

One of the resources within the PACER center is the National Parent Center on Transition and Employment. Transition planning can begin many years before young adults graduate from high school.  Whether just starting the transition planning process or searching for information on a specific topic, the Learning Center is a comprehensive source of information designed to support families’ varied needs.
