Supporting Young English Learners at Home (Available in 9 Languages)

The IES.ed.gov website has simple, fun activity ideas for families with young English learners. The activities will help to strengthen language skills in the home language or English. They are available in 9 languages and an Educator’s Guide is included as well. All of the resources are based on a What Works Clearinghouse practice guide, “Teaching Academic Content and Literacy to English Learners in Elementary and Middle School.”
