In this episode, we talk to two Ohio family leaders who overcame challenges with their schools to ensure that their children received the resources they needed to meet the high expectation that they held for them. Hear Sharon McCullom and Christian Davis from Southwestern Ohio discuss how by advocating for their children, became advocates for all children in their school and community. Jackie Arendt from the Ohio PTA also joins in the conversation to provide information on how parents can take their first step towards partnering with their child’s school.
