Micro-Credentials in Family Engagement for Educators

The National Education Association provides 8 micro-credentials in family engagement for educators. Strengthening family, school, and community bonds is a critical factor in raising student achievement, closing achievement gaps, and attaining school improvement goals. In this set of PDFs based on the Family Engagement Core Competencies from the National Association for Family, School, and Community Engagement, educators will learn a variety of ways that you can strengthen your relationships with families and community members. The coursework includes research and ideas from the Ohio Statewide Family Engagement Center and other national experts.
