This report was developed in partnership with the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education (AACTE), Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP), the National Education Association (NEA), MAEC, and the Family Engagement Consortium on Educator Preparation. The purpose of the report is to provide guidance to leaders in educator preparation programs, state agencies, schools, community organizations and educational systems.
